What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to information when you use the Delta app for iOS or Android, or visit this website. Delta is made by RealPainPoints.

Information you create in Delta

You can add a display name, choices, scores, areas, notes, times, plans, custom areas, and app preferences. Delta stores all of this on your device. We do not receive, upload, sell, or analyze it.

Delta has no accounts or cloud sync. Your phone may include app data in a device backup, depending on your settings. Apple or Google controls those backups, not Delta.

Widgets

Delta widgets only receive the local information they need: today's score and choice count, Power, Neutral, and Treason totals, the day label, and trend points. They do not receive choice titles, notes, your display name, or area names.

Sharing

Delta opens your phone's share sheet only when you choose to share a Weekly Review. You choose the app or person that receives it. Delta never shares your audit on its own.

Collection, tracking, and permissions

Delta does not include analytics, advertising, tracking tools, or a remote backend. It does not ask for your camera, microphone, location, contacts, health data, or photo library.

This website has no analytics, ad pixels, contact forms, or Delta cookies. The hosting provider may process basic request data, such as your IP address, browser details, and access time, to serve and secure the site.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete individual entries, choose Reset all datain Settings, or remove the app's data through your phone. A reset takes Delta back to onboarding and clears its local data. We cannot recover anything after it is erased.

Changes to this policy

If the way Delta handles data changes, we will update this page and the effective date before the change takes effect.
